Welcome to the Snow Queen Frosty February 5K/10K Fun Run!
Thank you for running with us! It was wonderful to see you, get to know your stories, and celebrate life's journey with you. You've all encountered some BIG things this year and your participation in this event shows how strong, beautiful, and amazing you are. Results are listed below.
If you note any discrepancies, please email [email protected]. We make some human errors, but timing errors can also happen if your bib was hidden, you changed races, didn't complete the full course, etc. There are NO awards for this event, so your place won't affect anyone else's. The time is just for you to set a goal for the year and / or be proud of yourself!
This year, the Snow Queen Frosty February 5K & 10K women's fun run run / walk will take place on the Riverwalk, starting and ending at the Cañon City Area Recreation and Parks District. The 5K and 10K courses will head west on the Riverwalk, highlighting beautiful views of the river, the mountains, and surrounding landscapes. These courses are flat, wide, and perfect for runners, joggers, walkers, and rollers of all abilities. (Please note that aid stations and the finish line will close at 10:30 am. Please choose the course that is most appropriate for your expected finishing time.) This event is designed for all women. Not only is February 'Women's Heart Health Month', but we also think it's important to have an event where women feel welcome, comfortable, supported, and celebrated. Add a sweatshirt to your order before February 8th for $25 more. Very few sweatshirts will be available for sale on the day of the event.
All youth run for just $5 (add a hooded tee for an additional charge before February 8). We believe that it's important to encourage young women to get involved in the sport of running as early and often as possible. Bring your favorite young lady along for the run!
We are pleased to have Ground2Air as our event photo booth photographers. Step inside the booth and take a few photos with friends! All photos are FREE to you as they are included in your event registration. Thank you to Ground2Air for being constant FAR supporters!
